GNA LUNCH DISTRIBUTION SURVEY

The above survey will be valid for the week of Monday, June 8th through Friday, June 12th. You only need to fill it out once for the entire week.

The lunches and breakfasts will be distributed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the following locations and times:

1.       Apollo Circle from 11:30AM to 12:30PM.

2.       GNA High School at the Bus Port from 11:30AM to 12:30PM.

3.       Tilbury Fire in Plymouth Township from 11:00AM to 11:30AM.

4.       Firehouse in the Hanover Section from 11:30AM to 12:30PM.

5.       American Legion in Glen Lyon from 11:45AM to 12:30PM.

6.         Polish Falcons in Mocanaqua from 11:00AM to 11:30AM.

7.         Corner of South and Lincoln Street from 11:45AM to 12:30AM.

Breakfast and Lunches will be grab and go drive thru style and will be served until further notice.
